Buttons

• Clear: Resets all filters and clears the loaded data from the table.
• Reload: Refreshes the current data displayed in the table.
• Load Data: After setting filters, this button loads the relevant data according to the selected criteria (e.g., type, due date, etc.). Once data is loaded, additional buttons become active:
  • Release: Marks the selected items as ready for further processing.
  • Add to Pack List: Allows adding selected items to an existing or newly created pack list.
  • Close Rows: Appears when a row is selected; allows closing the selected items from the table, marking them as processed.

Filters

• Type Filter: Allows selecting the type of orders to display. Options include:
  • All
  • Sales Orders
  • Inventory Transfer Requests
  • Reserved Invoices
• Due Date / Doc Date: Filters data by the selected date criteria. Once selected, the user clicks "Load Data" to retrieve items that match the filters.

Table

The loaded data is presented in a table with the following columns, each offering specific functionality:

• Checkbox: Enables selection of rows for further actions (e.g., release or adding to a pack list).
• Customer Name: Displays the name of the customer associated with the ordered items.
• Item: Lists the specific item that is part of the order.
• Due Date: Shows the date the item is expected to be fulfilled or delivered.
• Ordered Quantity: Displays the quantity of items initially ordered.
• Open Quantity: Shows the quantity of items that have yet to be picked or processed.
• To Pick (Qty): Contains an input field where users can specify the quantity to pick for the order. There is also a select UoM popup that allows the user to choose the Unit of Measure (UOM). The popup includes:
  • Target UOM: The desired unit of measure for picking.
  • Target Entry: The actual quantity to be picked, adjusted for the selected UOM.
• Warehouse: Displays the current warehouse assigned to the item. It includes an Edit button, which opens a popup where the user can choose a different warehouse from a list. The list also shows the available quantity in each warehouse.
• Delivery Address: Displays the address where the item will be delivered.
• Comment Icon: Allows users to add comments for each item via a popup window.

Additional Actions

• Release: Marks the selected items as ready for picking.
• Add to Pack List: After selecting an item, this button opens a popup allowing the user to either select an existing pack list or create a new one to add the item.
• Close Rows: Once an item is selected, this button appears, enabling the user to close the selected rows, indicating that these items have been processed.
