Support Tickets
The Support Tickets module allows users to create and manage support requests within the system.
Overview
This module shares the same core functionality as the Chats module. However, it includes an additional feature specifically designed for interacting with the support team:
- Screenshot Button: Users can take screenshots and capture their screen using a timer. This feature helps provide visual context when submitting support tickets, improving communication with the support team
