Supply Lines Create
The Create Supply Line page allows users with Supply Lines Create permission to set up a new supply line by defining key details, such as the supply date, vehicle, and driver, while providing tools to add delivery notes and optimize route.
The page is divided into two primary sections: the Details Card and the Supply Lines Information Card.
Details
This section includes essential fields needed for creating the supply line:
- Supply Date: A required field for specifying the date of the supply.
- Vehicle: A dropdown menu where the user selects a vehicle from the list of existing ones.
- Driver: A dropdown menu for choosing an available driver from the created driver profiles.
Supply Lines Information Card
This card provides a summary of the supply line and displays a Google Map showing the delivery and pick-up locations, which are pinned on the map once a delivery note is added.
Document Rows
Delivery Notes Tab:
- This tab displays a list of the delivery notes associated with the supply line.
- Includes the Add External Data button, which opens a Select Existed Delivery Documents popup. The popup contains checkboxes for selecting documents and a Select button to confirm the choice. Additionally, a filter is available for narrowing down the selection.
After adding delivery notes, rows appear with each selected document. Users can add comments for the driver or delete any document if needed.
Route Tab:
- This tab lists all the routes within the supply line, showing both the pick-up and delivery locations.
Final Actions
Once all fields are completed, the user can press the Create button to finalize the supply line creation. After creation, the user can:
- Modify the supply line data.
- Cancel the supply line.
- Release the supply line for execution.
