Wizard
The Pack List Wizard is designed for creating and managing packing lists based on open items. Users can select items, assign package types, and allocate warehouse users to streamline the packing process.
Key Features
- Buttons:
- Add Items: Opens a popup to select items from a list. After selecting the items via checkboxes and clicking Select, the items appear in the table.
- Create Pack Lists: Finalizes the process, creating the pack list for the selected items.
- Table Columns:
- Base Doc: Displays the associated sales or transfer order.
- Item: Shows the item to be packed.
- Due Date: The due date for the order.
- Order Qty: The total quantity ordered.
- Open Qty: The quantity still open for packing.
- To Pick: Editable field where users can input the quantity to be picked.
- Warehouse: Allows selecting a warehouse user for packing from a dropdown.
- Delivery Address: Displays the delivery address associated with the order.
Additional Features
- Package Type Selection: After adding items, the user can choose the package type for each row.
- Assign Warehouse User: Users can assign a warehouse staff member to each item row for handling the picking process.
- Delete Row: Allows removing items from the table before finalizing the pack list.
