Batches
The Batches page enables users to manage batch-tracked inventory efficiently. It provides an interface for creating, editing, and organizing batch records, ensuring precise stock management across warehouses and sales processes.
Overview
Batches are utilized in Pick and Pack, and Purchase and Sales Items to track item quantities, warehouse locations, and ensure inventory accuracy. Managing batches helps streamline logistics, reduce errors, and maintain stock traceability.
Batch List
The Batches table allows for inline management of existing batches and provides options to add new ones.
Columns
- Batch: Unique identifier for the batch.
- Bin Location Code: Code representing the storage bin location.
- Bin Location Name: Name of the storage bin location.
- Item Code: Identifier for the associated item.
- Item Name: Name of the item linked to the batch.
- Whs Code: Warehouse code where the batch is stored.
- Whs Name: Warehouse name where the batch is stored.
- Qty: Quantity available in the batch.
Actions
- Add Batch: Create a new batch entry.
- Edit: Modify existing batch details directly in the table.
- Delete: Remove a batch from the system.
