Home
The Home page provides a customizable dashboard where users can select and arrange widgets to fit their specific needs. This allows users to personalize the dashboard based on their tasks and workflows.
Edit
Entering Edit Mode enables several key action buttons, allowing users to edit the home page:
- Cancel: Exits Edit Mode without saving any changes, reverting the home page to its previous state.
- Reset: Returns the home page to the last saved layout.
- Add: Opens a popup to add new widgets to the home page.
- Set as default: Available only to the tenant admin, this option sets the current layout as the default for all users in the company.
- Save: Saves all changes and exits Edit Mode, applying the updates to the home page.
Customization Options
Users can modify the home page further with the following options:
- Resize Widgets: Allows users to adjust the size of individual widgets based on their needs.
- Rearrange Widgets: Enables users to move widgets around the home page to create a layout that suits their workflow.
- Remove Widgets: Provides the option to remove widgets from the home page, keeping it focused on the most relevant information.
Organization unit Selector
Allows users to select their organization unit.
The system automatically selects the last used organization unit for the user after login. If a user has no assigned organization unit upon logging in, a pop-up appears with the message: "Your user is not assigned to any Company, please contact the system administrator."
