Security Logs
The Security Logs module provides a detailed list of all security-related actions and events within the system. It allows users to track key activities and review logs for auditing or troubleshooting purposes. Each log entry includes relevant information about the action performed, who initiated it, and when and where it occurred.
Security Logs Filters
To help users efficiently search and filter the security logs, the module includes several filtering options:
- Date: Filter logs based on specific date ranges.
- Application: Filter by the application in which the action occurred.
- Identity: Search by the identity of the user involved.
- Username: Search by the username of the individual who performed the action.
- Action: Dropdown to filter by the type of action performed.
- Client: Filter logs by the client used for the action.
- Correlation ID: Search by a unique correlation ID to track related events.
Security Logs Table
The log details are presented in a table format with the following columns:
- Date: Shows the exact date and time when the action occurred.
- Action: Describes the specific action taken (e.g., login, logout, data modification).
- IP Address: Displays the IP address from which the action was performed.
- Browser: Indicates the browser used during the action.
- Application: Specifies the application in which the action took place.
- Identity: Provides information about the identity of the user (e.g., local or identity application).
- Username: Username of the user who performed the action.
- Client: Shows details about the client (e.g., application) used to perform the action.
- Correlation ID: A unique identifier that links related actions across logs for easier tracking and troubleshooting.
