The Audit Logs module provides a comprehensive record of all user actions performed on the server. These logs capture key information related to changes in the system, such as the creation, updating, or deletion of objects. This module is essential for auditing user activities and tracking system modifications.

To make it easier to find specific audit records, the module offers the following filter options:

  • Date: Filter logs based on the date and time of the recorded action.
  • Change Type: Filter by the type of change (e.g., created, updated, deleted).
  • Object Type: Filter by the type of object (e.g., documents, accounts) affected by the user action.

Each entry in the audit log is displayed in a table format, with the following key columns:

  • Log ID: A unique identifier for each audit log entry, used to track and reference specific actions.
  • Object Type: Describes the type of object or resource on which the action was performed (e.g., user account, document).
  • Time: Shows the exact timestamp when the action occurred.
  • Change Type: Indicates the type of change made (whether an object was created, updated, or deleted).
