The Sign Out button offers users a quick way to log out of their accounts.
Overview
This feature ensures that the sign-out process is smooth and secure, while also maintaining key user preferences for a seamless experience when they log back in.
- Action: When the user clicks the Sign Out button, they are instantly logged out of the system.
- Redirect to the Sign In Page: After logging out, the user is automatically redirected to the Sign-In page for future access.
Retention of Organization Unit: Upon signing back in, the system remembers the last selected organizational unit the user was working in. This allows the user to immediately return to their previous workflow without needing to re-select the unit, ensuring efficient continuation of their tasks.
