Roles

Users can view their assigned roles directly on the profile page. These roles determine their permissions within the system.

Profile Picture

Users have the ability to view and update their profile picture. The options available include:

• Uploading a new profile image
• Replacing the current picture
• Removing the existing picture

General Information

The General Information section provides details about the user's account. Key fields include:

• Last Login Date: Displays the most recent date and time when the user logged into the system.
• Account Creation Date: Shows the original date when the user created their account.
• Registered Email Address: The primary email associated with the account. Note: This email cannot be edited in this section.

User Details

The User Details section allows for updates to personal information. Users can ensure their data is always accurate and up to date. Editable fields include:

• Username: Users can view and modify their current login username.
• Name: Users can edit their first name.
• Surname: Users can edit their last name.
• Contact Email: Users can update their contact email address.
• Phone Number: Optional field where users can add or update their phone number.

Change Password

• Current Password: Users must enter their existing password to authenticate the change.
• New Password: Users set a new password here. It should meet the security criteria specified by the system.
• Confirm New Password: Users re-enter the new password to confirm it.
